All are invited to an evening of outstanding art and performing arts interpretations of courage by youth of all ages in the Franklin and Grand Isle Counties at MVU's Trahan Memorial Theater on February 16, 2012, from 6-8 pm. In this Vermont Reads 2012 event, youth explore the poignant theme of courage so prevalent in the 2012 works, through art, music, poetry, and dance. Event attendees will be able to view artwork on display from 6 to 6:30 pm, and then at 6:30 pm performances begin. The event is free; donations encouraged. Vermont Reads books will be available at the event, courtesy of the Vermont Humanities Council.
